Spectra

An investigation tool for tracing cryptocurrency wallets. Give it a Bitcoin or Ethereum address and it draws every transaction around it as an interactive graph, following the money up to four hops out.

A React front end over an Express API with Redis as a cache, so repeated lookups don't hammer the chain APIs, whose keys rotate when one runs dry. A wallet can be flagged: it's then registered to a webhook, and investigators get an email the moment it moves. Every transaction exports as CSV for further analysis, and a chatbot answers questions about wallets in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu and more.

Built for the Karnataka police's CIDECODE hackathon, where it placed third and led to the CID internship.
